Nice to see the Mail embracing European brotherhood... Still, misleading German angle aside it is nice to see local government thinks it is okay to keep tabs on their taxpayers this way.
As for calls to charge for non-recyclable waste,er, since we all pay large amounts of council tax for local services aren't we already paying???
