Peter Hawkins, the original voice of the Daleks has died aged 82
He was also remembered as the voice of Bill and Ben (for whom he invented the flobadob language) and the voice-over for Super Ted, Captain Pugwash, Zippy in Rainbow* and the Martian robots in the 1970s Cadbury's Smash ads.

Why "The Real Teardrop" well that goes back to my first venture on to the internet. I was listening to a new album by Grant Lee Buffalo called Fuzzy and I needed a handle so I adopted the name Teardrop from the male character in the song Jupiter And Teardop. It was suitable annonymous in the chatrooms and it kind of stuck.
